• Dispatch: 24–48h after your order (working days).
• Portugal & Spain: 2–4 working days — €3,90, free over €80.
• Rest of EU: 3–6 working days — €6,90, free over €100.
• Tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns

• 14 days from delivery, EU consumer law applies in full.
• Items must be unworn, with the label attached.
• Email geral@katú.com with your order number; we reply within 24h with instructions.
• Refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Exchanges

Size didn’t work? Same process — tell us the size you need and we’ll reserve it from the drop while the return travels (subject to stock).
